The Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals has emerged with the harmonization of the REACH Regulation No. 1907/2006, which was published in the European Union in order to control chemicals and prevent their adverse effects on human health and the environment.
Its main purpose is to regulate the administrative and technical procedures and principles regarding the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals in order to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment, to encourage alternative methods for the evaluation of substances, to increase competition and innovation.
As of 2020, when the requirements for registration processes begin, we provide representation services with our competent staff to organizations that import and export chemicals within the scope of the legislation.
